King Harald V of Norway, who went into exile in the United States as a child during the Nazi occupation of his homeland and refused a string of European noblewomen to marry his school sweetheart, died Friday at the age of 89.
Crown Prince Haakon, 53, became King Haakon VIII when his father Harald V died on Friday at the age of 89.
Haakon adopted the motto, 'All for Norway,' that dates back to his great-grandfather. His wife became Queen Mette-Marit, while his stepson's rape conviction was no question marks, no 'here is', no hedging adverbs.
