Houthis attack Saudi airports and oil facilities, killing at least 4

Filed · 3 publisher pages · upstream origin unresolved

Houthis launched attacks on Saudi airports and oil facilities, killing at least 4. The attacks include a drone strike on Dammam airport and an intercepted drone at an Aramco facility in Yanbu.

The attacks occurred in the past 48 hours, with the Houthis targeting the Saudi defence ministry in Riyadh, Aramco facilities in Yanbu, and Dammam airport. Two people were killed in the drone strike at the oil facility, and two others were injured.

The attacks come as the US orders some diplomats to leave Saudi Arabia amid escalating Houthi attacks. The Saudi-led coalition has intercepted multiple drones over the past few days.

The Houthis claim they are retaliating for Saudi air strikes on Yemen, and have targeted critical infrastructure in Saudi Arabia.
